1976年 石川県生まれ。
金沢美術工芸大学 商業デザイン学科卒業後、広告や編集の仕事に携わる。
その後 D&DEPARTMENT PROJECT のショップディレクション、ホテル・グランドハイアット東京勤務を経て、
2006年より '胃までコンセプトを届ける”food creation”の活動をスタート。

is started in 2006.As creation of food by a new approach,
For example,Conceptual catering performance and the event produce, etc.
Moreover, She produce the works that treats as an ultimate material for communications, food.
She expressed the value of new food is through the exhibition and the performance.
It is not a dish that you know well.One of the new arts that can be eaten.

*June 2008 Performance at anniversary press party at Shinjuku ISETAN depertment food area.
*July to September2008. "sensuous food, emotional taste"The first solo exhibition of AYAKO SUWA at 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa.
